Delivery & Pickup
Bachman's Wholesale Nursery takes pride in our delivery services offered to customers. We have worked hard to develop shipping lanes throughout the Upper Midwest by offering our customers a respected, "Service First" delivery program. Let us be your trusted partner for all your delivery needs this season!
Delivery
• Product payments are processed prior to all scheduled deliveries. Valid payment information is required in advance of any scheduled service.
• Deliveries scheduled 36 hours in advance of desired ship date will take precedence over shorter notice requests
• To maintain order accuracy and avoid additional fees, changes to delivery service must be communicated to Bachman's Wholesale Nursery Office by 3 P.M. the day prior to the scheduled delivery.
• Exact delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Customers will be contacted on the day of delivery with an updated ETA.
• Proper site access is required for the scheduled delivery vehicle. Please ensure that delivery driver has safe access to unloading location.
• It is the customer's responsibility to be onsite at the time of product arrival, and to have the appropriate personnel and equipment needed to safely unload the product.
• Contact your Sales Representative in advance of any product return requests.
Flatbed & Enclosed Trailer Delivery
• Payment for Flatbed and Enclosed Trailer delivery is processed up to 3 days ahead of scheduled arrival. Valid payment information is required in advance.
• For larger orders, including B&B evergreen and deciduous tree material, deliveries requiring Flatbed and Reefer/Dry Van enclosed trailers are available.
• Special loading and processing requirements apply depending on destination and delivery times.
Customer Pick Up
• Pick up Orders scheduled 36 hours in advance will take precedence over shorter notice requests.
• Place your orders in advance by visiting BachmansWholesale.com, by emailing NurserySales@Bachmans.com or by contacting your sales representative.
• Please provide payment information prior to pickup.
Discount Program
Nursery Stock Volume Incentive Plan (V.I.P.)
Earn an even larger V.I.P. discount in 2025 because ALL products purchased in 2024 qualify to build volume for your V.I.P. discount in 2025.
You will receive your V.I.P. discount on all purchases of regularly priced plant material including perennials, evergreens, shrubs, and trees. Discounted nursery stock, Field Direct trees, direct-shipped product, and delivery charges do not qualify for V.I.P. discounts.
Your V.I.P. discount for 2025 will be based on the following schedule and will be determined by your total purchases made in the calendar year of 2024.

Terms & Conditions
Terms
Terms for established accounts are net 30 days. A 1.5% per month charge will be applied to past due accounts. Invoice statements are mailed.

American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted.
C.O.D.'s
We do not accept C.O.D. payments for deliveries. All shipments must be billed to a major credit card or your Bachman's charge account.
Conditions of Sale
This wholesale listing is offered to licensed nurseries, dealers, and landscape contractors only. We do not quote prices or sell to retail customers.
Special Orders
All Special Order requests are subject to availability. Bachman's Wholesale Nursery and Hardscapes will notify customers when alternatives to variety and sizing may be needed. Special order products are subject to a non-refundable deposit.
Customer Tagged Nursery Stock
Pre-tagging by customers for valid orders is allowed. All tagged material will be honored for two weeks after the date of tagging. Deposits may be required for holds beyond this timeframe.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for cancellations or returns under specific conditions.
Self Service Shopping
Customers who choose self-service shopping must check in with the front office prior to pulling and/or loading plant material into vehicles.

Claims
Claims, for any cause, must be made within 5 days of the invoice. All shipments travel at the purchaser's risk. Bachman's, Inc. provides a warranty limited to the purchase price that nursery stock is true to name and as described.

Research Information
You need knowledge to improve your business and operations – and in turn increase your profitability as part of our industry’s aim to improve the outdoor living environment. The MNLA Foundation promises to deliver the research-based information and insights you need for your environmental horticulture and landscape business. Our Research Information Director will compile, distill, and disseminate easy-to-read information on topics such as:• New plant materials and plant hardiness trials.
• Sustainable landscape design, tree care, and lawn maintenance practices.
• Marketing and consumer preferences.
• Plant insect/disease/weed control.
• Water management.
• Nursery and greenhouse production.
Career Development
Our industry, your business, and even the environment are facing a crisis because so few young people are choosing green industry careers. The MNLA Foundation promises to deliver tools and promotions to enhance the image of nursery, greenhouse, landscape, irrigation, and tree care professions. The Foundation’s Career Development Program will:
• Provide educational materials for students at various grade levels and help members establish relationships with schools.• Inform teachers, guidance counselors, parents, and students about the legitimate career paths available in the green industry.
• Promote horticulture and landscape programs at area colleges.
Scholarships
The MNLA Foundation Academic Awards Scholarship Program will reward outstanding college students who have made horticulture or landscaping their career choice and, furthermore, enhance industry relationships with these students.
Research & Education Fund
Bachman’s Wholesale Nursery and Hardscapes has chosen to invest in the future of our industry by serving as a collector for the MNLA Foundation Research & Education Fund.
You are encouraged to participate in this voluntary donation of 1/4 of 1% (0.25%) on your purchases of plants and other nursery and landscape supplies. All monies are forwarded by Bachman’s to the MNLA Foundation to grow a brighter future for the industry through:
• Research for the Real World – Dissemination of knowledge and support for directed, applied research that will help your business today!
• Career Development and Promotion – All green industry companies need qualified people!
• Scholarships – Reward outstanding students enrolled in horticulture and landscape collegiate programs.
• Endowment – Grow the endowment for the Foundation’s financial stability in support of research, education, and scholarships.
On an invoice totaling $1,000, your contribution will be only $2.50. By working together through the MNLA Foundation, green industry companies can leverage resources to achieve real results by growing a larger pool of funds for career development, research information, applied research, and scholarships.
